ME upper-body

Bench press:
5 X 3
135, 185, 225, 255, 275 lbs.

Overhead dumbbell press:
3 X 8
75 lb. dumbbells

Seated dumbbell rows:
5 X 10
65 lb. dumbbells

Seated lateral raises:
3 X 12
30 lb. dumbbells

Abdominal circuit:
crunches, reverse crunches, and leg raises


  1. Are you still planning on making your own website?  I support that idea.

  2. Yes, I'm gathering content right now. Freewebs got stupid and added advertisements to new accounts so I have to find another host.

  3. If you've got any other people interested in your site, start a mailing list.  I don't hang around the GFaqs board like I used to, trying to fix that, but I don't want to miss it.  I'd like to see that little community do some good things.
