Entry #208
Beat my push-ups record. For future reference, I'm up to 53 push-ups
(compared to 40). I'm gaining weight so I wonder how long that will
last. Still haven't taken a muay thai course. I plan on destroying the
weights with a Westside Power program tomorrow. It's been too long.


  1. Do push-ups with your toes on a swiss ball and any normal push-ups will be a joke.

  2. yeah dang it has been too long what were you thinking?!

  3. The swiss ball will only alter the angle of the push-ups and work a diffrent portion of the chest.  To get better at push-ups, you gotta simply do more push-ups.
    Good work.  When you cut, push-ups will be even easier.
