Hit the rack on the second rep and floundered trying to move out of the way before getting tired and failing. Only managed another single on a repeat attempt.

  1. Doesn't it suck that you can bench press for a decade and STILL hit the fucking upright? Still a good performance in spite of that.

  2. Hah, seriously. In my feeble defense, my set-up varies a little each time with two separate stands that can move even when weighed down and a free bench.
