Hey PPP;How important is watching your sodium intake when you're trying to lose body fat? I track my macros and I do well keeping a high protein/fat-low carb diet (except cheat meal on sunday) but I take in a lot of sodium with eggs and the occasional meat from the deli.
It shouldn't be a concern from natural sources like that unless you're ingesting thousands of mg in one meal or you have a special medical condition. Just keep hydrated.
Yeah, it's not really a big deal, just stay hydrated. The water you drink will flush out the extra salt and put it into your semen. That's why it tastes salty. It doesn't get too salty though because the water dilutes it, making your cumshot bigger.
