Ran some hill sprints. Felt like vomitting afterwards. Good sign. Afterwards, I practiced the horse stance in my room. I can multi-task by training it and using the computer, although I have to make sure not to let my arms support any of my weight. Legs were dead, so I couldn't keep it long.
Also did work with both the Trainer and #1 grippers. Warming-up with the latter actually makes a difference in performance.
