Box squats (barefoot):
10 X 2     225 lbs.
> Used a lower stool, with two plates stacked on.

Good mornings:
5 X 8     135 lbs.
I was a tad sloppy with 155, so I'm going through the motions again.

Weighted cable crunches:
5 X 12     Entire stack

Crush Trainer:
5 X 5, with 5 second timed holds on the last rep of the second to last set and 10 seconds on the last rep of the last set.


  1. Nice job with the cable crunches.  Musta put those girly men's health fags to shame.
    Maybe a smaller jump for the good mornings?  Use some 2.5s or something, ease into 155.  GMs don't take much weight to be killer.
