RE upper-body

Lingering soreness from the prior session affected today's performance.

Push-ups:

Weighted:
2 X 10
1 X 8
25 lbs.

Skull crushers:
3 X 6
50 lb. dumbbells

Pull-ups:
1 X 10
1 X 8
1 X 6
2 X 4

Hise shrugs:
3 X 15
225 lbs.

I returned to the track later at night, but the fence was locked.
