What does HIIT stand for?
High Intensity Interval Training.
What's that entail, per se?
Several short, maximum~intensity efforts separated by moderate recovery intervals. For example, rather than going on a normal run, you would jog for a bit, then sprint, then jog, then sprint, etc.
Oh, I know that! Haha, I just didn't recognize it by name I guess.Thank ya kindly.
I saw you post on abcbodybuilding.com wondering where the NO2 article went. The author (Joe King) and ABC had a real bad break-up (Joe and his protege "squirrel/Brothaman" (if you remember them) owned a portion of the ABC Store) and all his articles/posts were removed. If you search for Joe king in the forum, You'll find many posts with "anonymous" for the handle and a blank entry. To read more about what happened to Joe King go to myspace.com/abcbodybuilding
