  4. Maximum effort is lifting a maximal load for 1-3 reps, and is the highest force that can be performed by the muscular system. A max effort day consists of one compound lift of that with several assistance exercises following.Dynamix effort is defined as lifting sub-maximal weights with the highest attainable speed. It is used to increase the rate of force development and explosive strength. It's used in the same week to compliment the heavy loads of ME lifting.

  6. Oh, so it's like, Powerlifting, and then Plyometrics, only slightly different?

  7. In regards to how heavy you train under, yeah, but the "plyometrics" phase is still using powerlifting techniques.
