Entry #181
Deadlifts are back on track. Was able to go heavy with no problem. I'm
hoping I can start cutting soon. Gaining weight fast, but no noticeable
fat. Should be just a matter of time. Anxious to start cardio sessions,
get my endurance back up, and go longer in sparring matches.
