Entry #122
Deadlift day: dead-lifts at 225 lbs for 8 reps. Should have done more
weight. First time going that high so next time it'll be much
higher. Also tried out a wider grip
on pulldowns. Flexibility stretches at home.


  1. you can lift 225 lbs?? how much do you weigh..

  3. What's great about deadlift is that it's completely applicable to fighting. Some guy has you in a triangle, you deadlift him and slam him. And since you can rep it 8 times...that's 8 slams ^_~

  4. I saw you do that in your video too haha. I never see anyone else in my place doing deadlifts, though, what about you? Or squats, for that matter.

  5. Deadlifts aren't allowed in my weightroom, so I have to cheat and use a smith machine. Otherwise no. I see a few folks do squats.
